So I haven’t made it known yet to a lot of people, or at least, to those that mean a lot to me, but starting tomorrow I have to take part in some physical therapy/rehabilitation for my ailing knee and thigh area.
It’s because there are two tight muscles in my thigh that are pushing down into my knee and into my leg, which is making it hard to do certain things. However, the doctor isn’t ruling out a tear in the knee because of the pushing and grinding it receives from my thigh.
I don’t do well with pain, especially in this magnitude. Ouch. So if anyone has any advice, tips, or anything let me know.
All I can say is, this better not impact my vacation which starts next Friday! =D
